Mozart Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an

experienced and strategic Vice President - Sales

to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of the real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a proven record of achieving high sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage the entire sales team. Create and execute growth-oriented sales strategies. Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent business performance. Develop strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners. Oversee sales planning, reporting, and market analysis.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in

real estate sales or leadership roles

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals. Strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
