We're Hiring: Vice President - Coimbatore Branch

Hanu Reddy Realty is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Coimbatore Branch as Resident Vice President. This is a key leadership role focused on driving growth and success in Coimbatore.

Location: Coimbatore - Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore (on-site role)

Position Type: Full-time, Senior Leadership

Gender: Male candidates preferred

Age: 30-40 years

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of day-to-day operations of the Coimbatore branch to ensure smooth functioning and growth.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of realtors and office staff.

Monitor team performance and implement strategies to exceed business targets.

Conduct weekly property caravans with all branch realtors, where realtors pitch their properties to colleagues to identify potential buyers.

Oversee branch accounts and payments with strict compliance and transparency.

Plan and conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and business development initiatives.

Prepare and submit monthly reports on branch activities, market trends, and major deals to senior management.

Participate actively in deal negotiations and support the team to close transactions across segments.

Uphold and promote company values, ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate or luxury sales.

Strong knowledge of Coimbatore's real estate market, especially Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore, and nearby areas.

Proven success in closing deals in Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Warehouse segments.

Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.

Passionate about business growth and team development, with a hands-on management style.

Compensation Package:

Up to ₹60,000 CTC per month (based on skills) Plus Commission on each deal closed by the branch
