About the role



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Sales Head

to lead the sales function for a growing real estate business specializing in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have

10-18 years of experience in real estate sales leadership

with proven success in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. A strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and channel partner management will be critical to succeed in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding broker networks, engaging directly with HNI and ultra-HNI clients, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The role also requires close collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to align business goals with market opportunities. Overall, this position calls for excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities



I. Sales Strategy & Planning



Design and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue across residential and commercial projects.

Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with business growth objectives.

II. Team Leadership



Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure consistent results.

III. Channel Partner & Broker Management



Build, strengthen, and expand the broker and channel partner network to ensure steady project closures.

Maintain long-term relationships with key partners to drive repeat business.

IV. Client Management



Manage direct sales with HNI and ultra-HNI clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Foster strong client relationships to encourage referrals and brand loyalty.

V. Pricing & Campaigns



Drive pricing strategies, payment plans, and sales campaigns in line with market dynamics.

Coordinate with internal teams to launch and monitor effective promotional campaigns.

VI. Market Intelligence



Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Provide regular market analysis to support decision-making and strategy refinement.

VII. Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.

VIII. Performance Tracking & Reporting



Establish robust performance tracking systems, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor sales productivity and efficiency.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and targets achieved.

Candidate requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10-18 years of proven experience in real estate sales leadership (residential and/or commercial projects).

Strong track record of achieving high-value sales closures and driving revenue growth.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Established network of brokers, channel partners, and HNI clients within the real estate ecosystem.

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance vision and hands-on execution in dynamic market conditions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
