Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships within the construction sector.
Oversee branding, positioning, and marketing campaigns to enhance market visibility and competitiveness.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive informed decision-making.
Collaborate with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless project acquisition and execution.
Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and high-value client closures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
18-20 years of progressive experience in
sales and marketing
, with a strong background in the
construction / infrastructure industry
.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
