Your Role - The Growth Catalyst
As
VP - Sales & Marketing
, you will drive the
end-to-end sales strategy
and operations across multiple high-impact projects. This is a leadership position where you'll play a central role in
revenue generation, team leadership, customer experience

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Design and execute a dynamic, multi-tier sales strategy across
luxury, premium, affordable housing
, and
commercial
verticals.
Own and exceed
quarterly and annual revenue goals
with proactive pipeline management.
Team Leadership & Culture
Lead and mentor a
high-performance sales team
with a strong culture of accountability and goal ownership.
Implement performance metrics, training, and motivation systems to build future leaders.
Channel & CRM Excellence
Build a
robust channel partner ecosystem
including brokers, external agencies, and sales affiliates.
Nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on
referral generation and client satisfaction
.
Market Intelligence & Business Growth
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, pricing dynamics, and regulatory changes.
Provide actionable insights to
refine product offerings, marketing campaigns
, and
pricing strategies
.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the
Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Legal teams
to ensure a seamless pre- to post-sales journey.
Report directly to senior leadership with detailed sales metrics, forecasts, and strategy reviews.
Who You Are
Must-Haves
20+ years
of overall experience, with
minimum 10 years
in real estate sales leadership roles (GM / VP / National Sales Head).
Proven success in leading large teams and delivering high-volume sales in both
residential and commercial real estate
.
Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and institutional clients.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills.
Hands-on approach, with the ability to
drive strategy and execution simultaneously
.
Education
Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates).
