Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and drive the entire sales function for all real estate projects. Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Channel Partners. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction. Develop pricing strategies in coordination with finance and project teams. Analyze market trends, competition, and buyer behavior to provide insights to management. Oversee lead generation activities and ensure effective follow-ups and closures. Drive team performance through setting KPIs, regular reviews, and performance-based motivation. Represent the organization in client meetings, events, and high-value sales negotiations. Collaborate with marketing for campaign planning and customer outreach.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Proven track record in real estate sales and leadership. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to execute. In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior. Team-building and performance management expertise. Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
