- To play a key role to make RWD in the Top 5 in the real estate industry of Chennai.
- Collaboration with management to derive new strategy, Marketing.
- Plan, forecast business quantum & deliver.
- Ensure closure of deals by exhibiting selling etiquette, strong fashion sensibility, and refined communication skills.
- Aligns the sales organization\'s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
- Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.
- New Launches.
- Establish and expand channel partner network.
- Collate relevant information on competitors & current market trends.
- Strong presence of brand RWD and its projects online & offline.
- Motivate, lead & mentor the workforce to achieve their individual targets with high performance.
- Ensure meeting the company targets for profitability.
- Marketing Activities - Strategies for marketing activities and execute the same.
- Prepare Annual Budgets and accordingly achieve the same.
- Follow standard operating procedures laid down by the company. Any improvisation is welcome.
- Set goals and update the status by generating necessary reports monthly, weekly /daily as per the expectation of the management.
- Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships with customers and prospects.
- Verify and review every single lead.
- Data security management.
