Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential and commercial projects.- Lead and manage the entire sales team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and pipeline performance.- Drive channel partner development, broker networks, and corporate tie-ups.- Oversee client negotiations, pricing strategies, and closure of high-value deals.Marketing & Branding- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for project launches and brand visibility.- Oversee digital marketing, social media, lead-generation activities, and online/offline promotions.- Coordinate with creative, advertising, and PR agencies for branding initiatives.- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.Project Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy- Collaborate with product, engineering, and project teams for launch readiness.- Define launch plans, pricing strategies, and sales collateral.- Oversee market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights.Customer Relationship Management- Establish strong customer engagement and post-sales processes to ensure customer - satisfaction.- Resolve escalations and ensure efficient CRM operations.Business Development- Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to expand revenue streams.- Develop corporate sales strategies and institutional partnerships.Team & Stakeholder Management- Lead cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, project, and CRM teams.- Present sales performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts to senior management.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- 12+ years of core real estate sales & marketing experience; at least 5 years in senior leadership.- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial real estate markets.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading large teams.- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Expertise in digital marketing, CRM tools, and channel partner management.
