We are seeking a visionary

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

to take the helm of our entire commercial engine. This is a role for a proven architect of revenue, someone who does not just "manage" sales but

engineers growth.



You will be the highest commercial authority in the organization, reporting directly to the Director. Your mandate is clear:

Build a robust worldwide distributor network, fortify our most critical client relationships, and aggressively conquer new industrial markets.



We are looking for a leader who has "been there and done that" ; someone who can take our established brand and scale it to market dominance.

The Three Pillars of Your Mission



1. Channel & Distribution Architecture (The Network Builder)



You will not just "find" dealers; you will

architect a high-performance pan-India distributor ecosystem.

Identify, vet, and onboard strategic channel partners in untapped industrial belts. Design the commercial policy, margin structures, and incentive programs that drive distributor loyalty and market penetration.

2. Strategic Account Management (The Relationship Guardian)



Take personal ownership of our top-tier "Crown Jewel" accounts (OEMs, Multinational Engineering Giants). Move the relationship from "Vendor" to "Strategic Partner." You will interface at the CXO level to lock in long-term contracts and insulate us from competition. Drive "Share of Wallet" expansion within existing accounts by cross-selling our full suite (VCI + Desiccants + Packaging Systems).

3. New Market Conquest (The Growth Engine)



Identify and execute entry strategies for adjacent verticals (e.g., Aerospace, Defense, Heavy Electronics, Exports). Lead the marketing vision to position Benz not just as a supplier, but as a "packaging technology consultant."

Key Responsibilities



P&L Ownership:

Own the entire Sales & Marketing P&L. You are responsible for the top-line revenue, gross margins, and the ROI of marketing spend.

Product Strategy:

Provide direct feedback to R&D and Production based on market intelligence. You will define "what we sell next."

Commercial Governance:

Implement rigorous sales forecasting, CRM discipline (Odoo/Salesforce), and pricing controls to prevent margin leakage.

The Profile of the VP We Need



Experience:

15+ Years of progressive leadership in

B2B Industrial Sales.

At least 5 years must be in a Sales Head or VP capacity.

Industry DNA:

You must come from the

Industrial Packaging, Specialty Chemicals, or Industrial Consumables

background. You understand the "Factory Floor" sales cycle.

The Distributor Expert:

You must have a

proven track record

of building a distributor network from scratch or significantly expanding one. If you haven't built a channel network, this role is not for you.

Leadership Gravitas:

You have the presence to command respect from the Board Room to the Warehouse Floor.

Strategic vs. Tactical:

You can spend 20% of your time in high-level strategy and 80% ensuring execution excellence in the field.
