Job Title- Regional Reporting Lead, Global Reporting Location-Pune Corporate Title: Vice President Business Description: The team is responsible for various senior management reporting/presentations involving insightful financial analysis with observations/commentaries on Regional Performance reporting, with a global coverage from Pune. The team partners with Regional CFOs and Planning and Performance Management on providing an end-to-end view of the region’s Financial performance. Role Description The role involves providing Revenue, Cost and Financial Resource Management related MIS and advanced analytics of DB Group (IB, CB, CRU, AM and PB), partner with onshore Regional CFOs, Group Finance and Business CFOs and business managers. The role and team works on decision enablement, forward-looking insights, management reporting, planning & forecasting for DB Group, deep dives and support for the Regional Finance teams on day to day basis. The role also calls for automation of a large part of the production activities and enable the team to move up the value chain to focus more on analysis and commentary. Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Support P&L analytics for regional finance team on weekly and monthly basis
• Presentations for senior management on revenue analytics which helps in driving key decision-making process
• Cost Deep dives for tracking and monitoring the cost targets
• Understanding and reporting of FRM measures
• Forward-looking insights on measures to close gaps and meet financial targets
• Work on annual planning and monthly forecasting process
• Extensive analytical support for senior management deliverables like Business Reviews, ExCo Decks, Performance Review Meetings
• Recurring as well as ad-hoc project related analysis work
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Regional CFOs, Business CFOs, Group Finance and business managers
• Partnership with Technology on deploying best-in-class tools and automation
• Lead team from front and align strategy to DB values
• Business acumen to be completely hands-on and enable team to enhance value proposition

Your skills and experience

• CA/MBA in Finance with 15 years of experience
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting experience
• Very strong analytical skill and ability to think laterally
• Proactive, diligent and able to partner with other teams to resolve issues where necessary
• Be able to work with multiple data sources and having confidence in figures and presentation
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Leadership skills and aligned to DB values
• Strong business acumen
• Motivated individual to enable enhanced value proposition from India
