Job Description

Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale electrical projects including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Define project goals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with organizational strategy. Oversee multiple project teams across locations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Planning & Execution Oversight:

Review and approve technical designs, BOQs, and execution methodologies. Monitor project progress through KPIs, dashboards, and site reviews. Resolve high-level technical and operational challenges with cross-functional coordination.
Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, consultants, and government agencies. Lead contract negotiations, change orders, and project risk assessments Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Build and mentor a high-performing project management team. Implement best practices in project governance, documentation, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project evaluations.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical); MBA

15+ years in project execution, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in managing multi-crore electrical infrastructure or EPC projects. Expertise in project planning tools (Primavera, MS Project), ERP systems, and AutoCAD. Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Deep understanding of electrical systems, grid integration, and utility coordination.
