Job Description

This position provides support to the Tech Program Management Team, which is a highly visible, strategic and transformation group within TTS Technology commercial cards organization. The team is responsible, but not limited, for: financial planning and forecasting, business office and business planning support; workforce management; cost reduction management; business process reengineering; strategic change initiatives across multiple product areas. The Business Management analyst role would support the technology Management team with daily operations activities related to managing and analyzing the financials, reporting of information to aid decision making among senior leaders, solving problems on hand, optimizing processes, and driving improvements across TTS commercial cards, as well as providing adhoc project support and analysis. Qualifications:

• 15+ years’ experience in a Business Management / Business Operations function in a multi-national institution.
• Analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence others
• Experienced in Financial Management, PTWS is a plus
• Highly motivated, strong performer with a proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teams.
• Proven ability to execute against tight timelines, strong organization and follow up skills
• Strong skills in relationship building, planning, presentations, and communication.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills, experience, and ease in interfacing with Senior Management and technical support teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint skills.

Technical Management, Financial Analysis & Management Reporting

• Perform financial analysis for Strategic projects by working with senior management team and key technology stakeholders
• Responsible for overall Technical Delivery management in line with agreed plans
• Create and execute a financial governance process for planning, forecasting and actuals charge out to Internal customers, in line with the ICG financial processes
• Work closely with the Project teams to ensure tracking and delivery of the financial benefits to business resulting from implementation of these initiatives
• Perform cost analysis to benchmark technology cost across technologies, countries (regions), businesses etc to aid decision making for defining Technology roadmap for Asia
• Work collaboratively with a virtual team comprising of members from Infrastructure Service Delivery, Finance, IT Technology & Capacity teams to ensure - end to end tracking of financials, Cross sharing of initiatives across business management teams and to correlate Demand side capacity against IT costs
• Review key business projects with Technology Project Management teams to ensure the TTS charge-out (Blue Dollars) is captured and communicated accurately in the Project Plan including accurate forecasting by month
• Management reporting and coordinating key management forums and reports, including managing the data gathering, generation, and distribution of reports
• Create compelling business presentations to gather buy in from Business Heads
• Identify, institute, and manage executive management reporting across the technology stakeholders and assist senior managers in conducting regular meetings to discuss developments and best practices
• Plan and ensure all management deliverables have content quality and are met in a timely manner
• Manage all adhoc requests/deliverables to ensure they are being actioned appropriately
• Plan, track and implement process improvement program to streamline reporting and analytics activities. Able to explore automation opportunities for further simplifying management reporting through tools

Stakeholder Management

• Manage the relationship between the global business management groups and commercial cards technology teams
• Act as liaison between various tech teams and support on Commercial cards goals and Key strategic Initiatives.
• Plan, track and maintain tech goals and scorecard
• Provide support to the Tech Senior Management for any senior management reviews, staff meetings and service improvement plans.
• Assist senior manager or managers in effective engagement on regional and global strategic initiatives across tech teams in Chennai
• Revamp and maintain the tech SharePoint Site, which acts as the Go-To site for information/ updates etc. for staff

Admin, Governance & Risk

• Partner with regional and global business management team on TTS tech training plan for staff and consultant
• Monthly Program and Project level forecasting and analysis of resources, contracts, and software in PTSW. Manage resource requests and allocations, renewals, and staff plan. Update PTSW as required.
• Ownership of SDLC governance deliverables and other organizational control tasks. Ensure consistency of deliverables and artifacts across all programs in portfolio.
• Support other “business of IT” projects on an adhoc basis to produce project and program level reporting
• Manage project Adoption Roadmap and ensure projects are completing required project management activities (tollgates, function point counts). Complete monthly quality metrics submission.
• Collaborate with the regional leads to comply with all people related processes as mandated by TTS Tech
• Maintain data, org charts for regulatory purpose
• Support COB, Records Management and Site Fire drill exercise
• Main point of contact for any administrative tasks including periodic re-stack exercises
