The Vice President - Hoskote Plant will serve as the overall site head, responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations and driving transformation initiatives at a multi-business-unit shared plant located in Hoskote. The facility operates as a state-of-the-art CKD (Completely Knocked Down) plant, handling final assembly, axle assembly, cab welding, painting, trimming, and contract assembly for premium passenger vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the plant//'s transition into a next-generation manufacturing hub, leveraging regional supply chain and production capabilities.
Operational Management:
Ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production, meeting delivery precision and cost targets.
Cross-Stakeholder Coordination:
Manage relationships with multiple internal business units, external partners, customers, suppliers, and local authorities.
Organizational Development:
Build leadership strength, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive people development initiatives.
Governance & Compliance:
Uphold high standards of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical conduct.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Reports to the Senior Vice President of International Manufacturing Operations. Active member of both the global manufacturing leadership team and the India country management team.
Critical Success Factors:
Ability to lead cultural and operational change across diverse teams. Clear communicator who can set direction, build trust, and drive accountability. Deep understanding of industrial safety, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles. Strong planning, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
