Role description

Lead technology delivery for a business unit, managing around 500 associates in India across

software development, project management, and solution architecture, reporting to the Global

CIO

Ensure operational excellence and consistent delivery standards. Develop and implement

strategic vision and transformation roadmaps.

Build and nurture high-performing teams across software development, project management,

and solution architecture.

Demonstrate functional expertise in the Payments domain, including Automated Clearing House

(ACH), The Clearing House (TCH), FedNOW, real-time payment rails, wire transfers, treasury

processing, and bill payment systems

Oversee technical operations, product development, and systems architecture Manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and engagement while driving

continuous improvement within the delivery framework to enhance efficiency and client

satisfaction

Drive technology innovation and adopt best practices for efficiency and effectiveness and foster

an engineering culture that embodies continuous improvement and innovation.

Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation in payment delive

Skills

18+ years of experience in product development and engineering. 12+ years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. 18+ years of experience with systems architecture and technical operations. 18+ years of experience in technology leadership within regulated, matrixed environments. 18+ years of experience working with globally distributed teams. Extensive knowledge of DevOps and agile methodologies. Proven track record in driving customer-focused technology solutions. Strong strategic orientation and ability to craft long-term business strategies. Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience
