HIRING ALERT - AVP / VP Plant Operations

B.Tech/B.E. in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, or related field (M.Tech/IIT background preferred)

Experience:

15+ years in Plant Operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head

end-to-end plant operations

at a leading manufacturing facility. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, compliance, digital transformation, and scalability in

rubber/silicone-based manufacturing with cleanroom standards

.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Production, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and EHS functions. Ensure compliance with

GMP, ISO, USFDA, and cleanroom standards

. Drive OEE improvement, predictive maintenance, and process optimization. Implement

Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and TPM

practices. Optimize manpower, material, and machine utilization to reduce costs. Lead

digital transformation initiatives

- ERP (Business Central), CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), AI-driven analytics. Execute CAPEX projects for automation, new product industrialization, and plant expansion. Build and mentor high-performing teams to drive ownership and accountability.

Candidate Profile:

? 15+ years' experience in plant operations with focus on

rubber/silicone/polymer manufacturing

.
? Strong exposure to

extrusion, moulding, medical-grade cleanroom production

.
? Proven track record in

OEE improvement & operational cost optimization

.
? Practical knowledge of

CRM, ERP & BI tools

.
? Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
? Age: Around 40 years preferred.
