A seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience leading operations, driving revenue growth, and spearheading strategic business development initiatives across luxury hotel brands. Proven track record in optimizing service excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction expected from the management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hotel properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards, service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Business Development:

Identify and execute opportunities for growth including new hotel openings, acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement long-term business strategies that enhance brand positioning and profitability.

Financial Management:

Drive revenue management strategies, control costs, and optimize asset performance to achieve strong financial results.

Brand and Guest Experience:

Uphold luxury brand standards and ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and lead general managers and senior teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.

Stakeholder Relations:

Build relationships with owners, investors, developers, and key partners to support brand growth and operational success.

Qualifications:

BHM from IHM Institute. 10+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury or 5-star hotel operations. Strong background in business development, pre-opening projects, and multi-property management. Proven ability to deliver sustainable revenue and operational improvements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
