Job Description

:

1.Oversee Daily Operations



Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and meets quality standards. Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities. Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
2.

Staff Management



Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff (servers, cooks, dishwashers, etc.). Develop training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about menu items, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for shifts. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Resolve conflicts or issues among staff and ensure a positive working environment.
3.

Customer Service



Ensure an exceptional customer experience through high service standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback and make improvements based on reviews.
4.

Financial Management



Develop and manage budgets for the restaurant's operations. Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and supply expenses. Analyze financial reports (P&L statements) to assess the restaurant's financial health. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability (e.g., promotions, upselling).
5.

Menu and Quality Control



Work with the chef and kitchen staff to ensure that food quality meets the restaurant's standards. Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency. Review and update the menu as needed, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
6.

Marketing and Promotion



Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Manage social media accounts and work on promotions and loyalty programs. Partner with local businesses and organizations to create promotional opportunities.
7.

Compliance and Reporting



Ensure the restaurant complies with all local health codes, safety regulations, and labor laws. Maintain accurate records for inventory, sales, payroll, and other business metrics. Prepare regular reports on restaurant performance for upper management.
8.

Equipment and Facility Maintenance



Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and perform regular maintenance checks. Oversee cleaning and maintenance of the facility to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
9.

Operational Strategy and Improvement



Implement and refine processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Monitor trends in the restaurant industry and apply best practices to improve operations.
10.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)



Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business. Implement strategies to increase customer loyalty, such as personalized service or loyalty programs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
