Introduction: PropChk is a startup in the home inspection space with pan-India operations. Unlike the West, the concept of Home Inspection is fairly nascent in India. At present this is a Greenfield opportunity with almost zero competition. We wish to capitalize on this opportunity by establishing ourselves as thought leaders in this space. Position Overview: As the Vice President - Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in promoting PropChk\'s Pre-Delivery Home Inspection Service and Multi-Stage Inspection Service to real estate developers across India. Your responsibilities will include driving business growth, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations, and crafting persuasive proposals. You will report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: Business Promotion: Spearhead the promotion of PropChk\'s inspection services among real estate developers nationwide. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the real estate industry, advocating for PropChk\'s services. Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to clients\' needs, highlighting the benefits and value of PropChk\'s inspection services. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry. Education: B.Arch, B.Tech Civil, Interior Designer or equivalent qualifications. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction industry, particularly in finishing works, is advantageous. Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of business growth plans. Result-Oriented: Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
