To leads strategy to boost brand, drive sales, and manage growth by overseeing digital, content, PR, and events, aligning marketing with sales, analyzing trends, managing large budgets, building teams (sales/marketing/CRM), and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms (property-specific to corporate) to achieve revenue goals and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategy & Vision:
Define and execute overarching marketing plans, brand identity, and messaging for new projects and existing portfolios, aligning with business objectives.
Digital & Performance:
Oversee digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and performance funnels to drive leads and conversions.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing marketing teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, plus external agency partners.
Campaign Management:
Lead 360-degree launch campaigns for new projects (residential, commercial).
Brand Building:
Cultivate brand equity, market positioning, and thought leadership in the real estate space.
Sales Collaboration:
Work closely with sales teams to develop sales collateral, track leads, and ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.
Analytics & Budgeting:
Establish performance tracking, analyze data, manage significant marketing budgets (e.g., ?25 Cr+), and provide forecasting.
