  • Proven experience on working with digital marketing platforms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Experienced in running a marketing team.
  • Able to efficiently handle Agencies, manage Budgets, organize Marketing Campaigns and drive PR for the Hotels.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills & giving attention to details.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Powerpoint).
  • Oversee the Marketing department - Comprising PR, Digital, Social Media and Content Management.
  • Evaluate and develop the marketing strategy and effectively communicate the marketing plan.
  • Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all marketing efforts, building brand awareness & positioning and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Understand and develop budgets including expenditures, research and development appropriations, Return-On-Investment.
  • Actively research the demand for our Hotels & Resorts and make a Competition analysis for rooms, food and beverage and other areas of revenue.
  • Work with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
  • Launch plan for upcoming new hotels and resorts.
  • Maintain CRM and develop promotions with hotels and cluster heads
  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
