Title: Vice President - Marketing Department: Sales & Marketing - Spring Steel Wire Division Location: Ludhiana.Tech/B.E. Mechanical or Metallurgical; MBA (Marketing) preferred.12-20+ years in spring steel wire / high carbon wire / alloy steel wire / automotive wire marketing.Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO Salary Range: ?30,00,000 - ?40,00,000 per annum1. Position OverviewThe Vice President - Marketing will lead the complete marketing, business development, and sales strategy for the Spring Steel Wire division. The role focuses on market expansion, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales & profitability targets, and strengthening the brand in domestic and international markets.2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Strategic Planning & Market LeadershipDevelop and execute long-term marketing & sales strategy.Identify new markets, opportunities, and applications.Lead diversification for new grades, sizes, and value-added products.Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and demand.B. Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve annual sales targets (volume, revenue, profitability).Drive monthly/quarterly sales planning.Oversee pricing, product positioning, and contribution margin analysis.Implement Key Account Management.C. Customer Relationship & Market DevelopmentBuild strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, distributors, fabricators.Lead high-level negotiations and approvals.Resolve customer complaints with QA and production.Expand business across automotive, railways, agriculture, engineering, etc.D. Marketing OperationsGuide branding, digital marketing, and technical promotions.Participate in national/international exhibitions & trade fairs.Gather market intelligence for business decisions.E. Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with production, QA, logistics & R&D.Support production planning as per market demand.Assist in cost reduction and process improvement projects.F. Team LeadershipLead and mentor sales & marketing teams.Set KPIs and monitor performance systems.Build a customer-centric, high-performance culture.Strong OEM & Tier-1 customer management expertise.Proven record in achieving sales targets and leading teams.Knowledge of metallurgy, wire drawing, heat treatment, springs preferred.4.
