Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Insurance Ops Lead
In this role, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability in the P&C insurance division.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the division's footprint.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting to ensure the division meets its financial goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience: Experience in the P&C insurance industry, in a senior leadership role.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex operations.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of P&C insurance products, market trends, and regulatory environment.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Industry-specific certifications or qualifications
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
