Vice President
- ICM
We are looking for a candidate who can drive a strategic company level initiative of shaping deals on Impact Commercial Models cutting across verticals, lines of business and geographies with direct top/bottom line impact to Genpact.
The purpose of this role is to build of a new muscle with objective to drive 'Value based Pricing' in Genpact. This individual will lead / project manage and play a pivotal role in shaping the deals with impact commercial models while working with senior leadership of the company.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible to:
Enabling embedment of the new thinking of Impact Commercial Models (ICM) including but not limited to Transactions Pricing, Value Share/Gain Share, Fee at risk in overall G's strategy
Working across workstreams to analyse inflows & pipeline data on deals and
coming up with
strategies for better embedment of Impact Commercial Models
Lead shaping of the deals with embedment of the right ICM both for new deals & renewals.
Specialization of shaping deals with ICM across service lines including but not limited to Finance & Accounts, Claims & Underwriting.
Liaising with cross functional teams to gather the right level of data and drawing actionable insights to shape the deal.
Working across workstreams to ensure
appropriate execution
and delivery on action items
Managing program governance, timelines, and quality of deliverables
Key player in building company assets on success stories on deals with ICM embedment.

Minimum Qualifications
Postgraduate / MBA
Prior experience or proven
track record
on shaping & implementing ICM embedment in deals.
Willingness to learn
new ideas
and concepts
High on Energy & self-motivated
Strong Quantitative skills - Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power point mandatory
Excellent Communication skills with ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Strategic Thinker- Ability to create and defend point of view / frameworks and to be able to connect the dots / grasp the concepts quickly while shaping deals
