JOB DESCRIPTION_VP_HR



To leads all people strategies, aligning HR with business goals like property development, sales, and property management by overseeing talent acquisition (agents, C-suite), culture, employee engagement, performance, compensation, compliance, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment, focusing heavily on building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities-



Strategic Leadership:

Partner with C-suite to align HR strategy with overall business vision, mission, and goals.

Talent Management:

Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and retention strategies.

Culture & Engagement:

Drive initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment, managing change and enhancing employee engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

Develop competitive and equitable compensation structures, benefits packages, and reward programs.

Employee Relations:

Handle complex employee issues, promote fairness, and ensure a harmonious workplace.

Compliance & Operations:

Ensure adherence to labor laws, manage HR systems, and oversee HR budgets and policies.

Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing HR department.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
