Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
HR strategies and policies
aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead
talent acquisition, employee engagement, training & development, and performance management
.
Drive
HR transformation initiatives
including digital HR practices and process automation.
Manage
industrial relations, compliance, and employee welfare
at plant and corporate level.
Partner with leadership team to design workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Ensure compliance with
labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR best practices
.
Monitor and improve
HR metrics
including attrition, productivity, and engagement scores.
Foster a
positive workplace culture
promoting collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
?MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
?15-20 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
?Strong exposure to
manufacturing / industrial environment
.
?Proven expertise in
HR strategy, industrial relations, and organizational development
.
?Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
