Job Overview

This role will oversee

HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development

, ensuring our HR strategy supports business growth, builds culture, and develops future-ready talent.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead HR Operations, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement. Drive Talent Acquisition and strengthen employer branding. Build robust Learning & Development and succession planning frameworks. Partner with leadership on workforce planning and culture building.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's/HR certifications preferred.

10+ years of HR experience

with 5+ in senior leadership. Proven expertise in HR Ops, TA, and L&D. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
