Strategic HR LeadershipPartner with leadership to shape and execute the people strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, performance management, talent review, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
Drive change management and transformation programs across business units including programs based on employee feedback
Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Influence and coach senior leaders on people-related matters & creating conducive work environment
Represent HR in cross-functional leadership forums.
Talent Management & DevelopmentOversee talent acquisition strategies for leadership and critical roles.
Champion leadership development, coaching, and high-potential talent programs.
Collaborate with L&D to build future-ready capabilities across the organization.
Employee Experience & CultureFoster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
Lead employee engagement strategies and action planning.
Act as a steward of organizational culture during periods of change.
HR Operations & GovernanceEnsure compliance with labor laws, policies, and ethical standards.
Partner with COEs (Compensation, Learning, Operations, Employee Relations etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification
Qualifications & Experience:Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence at the executive level.
Experience in managing complex change and transformation initiatives.
Preferred Attributes:Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic environment & have bias for action
