We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager II. This role will be based in India (hybrid). What we do: The International CFO team has a broad remit in support of the Head of International region. The group provide regional financial / management reporting, CFO support for International Management Team (IMT) and oversight of all International regulatory change. It also participates in cross line of business strategic initiatives, including country strategies, new market entry business cases and location strategy. In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways: Support the FP&A Manager responsible for coordination of all International Management Team (IMT) decision support activities and International / regional financial reporting. Support IMT workforce planning, liaising with People Team / Business, processing changes to Visier tool, reconciling Visier staff expense & headcount to MAQ and providing variance commentary. Prepare complex financial modelling to support business cases requiring investment in new market entry, new product launches and other strategic initiatives. Develop quarterly country revenue reporting and analysis, including new business financial tracking against targets as part of recently launched country management initiative. Participate in CPP (client product profitability) country revenue reporting initiative with the objective of improving completeness and accuracy of data captured in CPP Support the planning and execution of IMT managed regulatory change and strategic projects, assisting with coordination of meetings, project tracking and reporting. Review International legal entities and participate in restructuring projects to ensure optimal structure in support of international business strategy whilst minimising number and complexity of legal entities required. Support the ongoing development of location strategy and execution of workforce & real-estate plans. Track actual & planned headcount to ensure compliance with these plans. Assist with coordination of regional Finance Townhall meetings, including preparation of presentation materials. Support International Finance team with ad-hoc projects and deliverables as necessary. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders. Coordinates and executes effectively. Reports and escalates progress/issues to management, as needed. Process oriented thinking with a strong attention to detail business requirements and business cases, scrutinize and clarify exceptions and prepare materials for international leadership consumption. Financial management inclusive of supporting annual forecasting, administration, review of actuals against plans and resolving variances. Advanced modelling capabilities with previous experience of preparing detailed financial models in support of strategic updates, new business initiatives and investment decisions. Required Qualifications and Experience: Chartered Accountant / MBA in finance with at least 11-15 years of working experience in financial planning, forecasting and variance/ trend analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong technical, analytical and project management experience. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentations and recommendations. Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Proficiency with reporting tools like MAQ, HFM, Cognos, Power BI and ERP accounting platforms, ie SAP, PeopleSoft etc At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
