Job Overview
As Vice President - Finance, you will head the Finance function and be responsible for driving the company's financial health and strategy. You will oversee financial planning, operations, reporting, compliance, and risk management, ensuring strong systems that support rapid growth. This role reports directly to the CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and implement policies for compliance, risk management, and internal controls.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, investments, and business decisions.
Drive cost optimization and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Lead and mentor the finance team to build scalable processes and systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's or professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience
, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
