Vice President of Finance

to lead financial planning, strategy, and operations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving financial performance and sustainability in alignment with our healthcare mission.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic goals. Manage financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and healthcare finance regulations. Supervise accounting operations, audits, and cash flow management. Partner with senior leadership to align financial strategy with organizational priorities. Oversee revenue cycle management, billing, and payer relationships. Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to improve financial health and performance. Identify and mitigate financial risks; recommend cost-saving and efficiency opportunities. Implement and manage scalable financial systems for a remote-first environment.

Requirements

12+ years

of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership roles. Strong experience in the

U.S. healthcare domain

, preferably behavioral or mental health services. Prior experience working

night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours

. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and accounting platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and maintain compliance in a distributed setup. Deep knowledge of U.S. financial laws, payer systems, and healthcare reimbursement. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Competitive compensation offered, with a potential salary increase of 30-40% over current CTC, based on relevant prior experience.

Pay: ₹115,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
