Key responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office amenities, including facilities, lobby reception, conference center and food services.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of amenities, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Managing vendor relationships to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide strategic guidance on vendors\xe2\x80\x99 development of menus, programs and concepts.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all employees and visitors, ensuring all requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leading and managing a team of facilities and amenities staff, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and developed to deliver a high-quality service.


Role requirements

  • 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the hospitality industry managing guest experiences or in a corporate environment.
  • Understand the meeting planning process and white glove customer service approach.
  • Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to prioritize.
  • Working knowledge of food and beverage and audio visual.
  • Strong business writing and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and budget planning experience.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage change effectively in a fast-paced environment.
