Designation Vice President Engineering Lead

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team of 10+ members, providing mentorship, guidance
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and workflow engines
• Drive the implementation of frontend solutions with React and Micro Frontend Architecture, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS to optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Desired Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and workflow engines
• Familiarity with OpenShift (PaaS) and AWS cloud services, deploying applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modular design principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges and guide architectural decisions
