Designation Vice President - Engineering Lead
- Develops the technology roadmap for the portfolio(s) to support organizational objectives.
- Regularly review and refine engineering practices to maximize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Drives consistent implementation of coding standards, code reviews, and testing practices across all squads
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- 18+ years of total experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience in a core engineering role in the cloud
- Expertise in some of the following programming languages, C#, Java, Python, Javascript, HTML/CSS
- Exposure to financial markets & asset management processes
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience in building CI/CD pipelines

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
