In this

role,we

are seeking a

Data and AI Central Leader

to manage enterprise data platforms and governance capabilities within the

Global Enterprise CTO organization

. In this role, you will lead a team of managers and senior individual contributors responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality data products and services that enable analytics and AI across the company. You will operate in a

federated shared services model

, partnering with business-unit data & analytics teams to ensure enterprise-wide consistency in data availability, quality, and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and operation of data platforms that support global analytics, insights, and AI.

Partner with federated business-unit teams to ensure end-to-end data quality--from ingestion through transformation to distribution.

Establish and evolve enterprise-wide data governance practices, ensuring security, compliance, and stewardship.

Continuously modernize data platforms, adopting best practices for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Hire, mentor, and grow a team that combines engineering depth with strong leadership capability.

Influence senior stakeholders to align on enterprise data standards and adopt shared data services.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in data engineering, analytics, or data governance, with valid

experience on

managing engineers and/or managers.

Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale data platform & engineering solutions in complex, global cloud environments.

Strong understanding of data ingestion,

modeling

, governance, and distribution at scale in cloud native environment.

Experience working in federated organizations, balancing central platform services with business-unit needs.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience with commercial/syndicated datasets (e.g., point-of-sale, Nielsen, IRI).

Exposure to AI/ML platforms in

Hyperscalers

such as Azure, GCP, AW) and building data pipelines that support advanced analytics (Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI etc)

Track record of modernizing legacy systems and migrating to modern cloud-based or hybrid architectures.

Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
