As Vice President, Cyber Risk, youaAEURA(TM)ll be reporting to the Associate Managing Director in India. You are a thought-leader in the cybersecurity community. You will manage and grow the team of highly skilled consultants in India region, with Senior Consultants reporting directly to you. Responsibilities include ensuring high quality delivery of services from the India to the clients across the globe. In addition to regional responsibilities, you will collaborate with Directors on new initiatives within our security practices, explore new service offerings, and shape how we deliver them.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage a team of highly skilled consultants and help create the framework for rapid growth of the team in the region
  • Maintain and promote the company values and culture that drives the growth and retention of talent
  • Build and improve a framework for high quality delivery across the region
  • Resolve technical and non-technical delivery challenges that the team encounters
  • Support local non-delivery related operational activities, including recruitment, on-boarding, learning and growth activities, team engagement activities, IT.
  • Assist Directors to solution and scope client engagements
  • Oversee engagement delivery to ensure that client expectations are met and that the delivery teamaAEURA(TM)s obstacles are cleared
  • Contribute to the fabric of our practice by identifying and executing internal strategic initiatives to help our offering grow, adapt, and evolve
  • Manage senior members of team, including one-on-ones, providing feedback, and coaching, and supporting career growth
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in penetration testing, cloud security, or red teaming
  • A proven ability to manage a highly technical and high-performance team.
  • A proven ability to manage delivery in a multi-geography team
  • Practical knowledge of application security, infrastructure security, cloud security, and other offensive security services
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach a team of highly qualified professionals, providing regular, candid, and constructive feedback to direct reports
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
