The VP of CRM is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing customer relationship strategies to drive growth, retention, and exceptional customer experience across residential and commercial real estate projects, from initial contact through post-possession
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty; lead CRM, sales, and marketing teams.
Customer Lifecycle Management
: Oversee the entire customer journey, from booking to handover, ensuring smooth transitions and proactive support.
Data & Systems
: Manage and optimize CRM platforms (like Salesforce), leveraging data analytics for insights, personalization, and reporting.
Post-Sales & Collections
: Drive timely payment collections, manage customer accounts, and ensure efficient processing of financial transactions.
Cross-Functional Alignment
: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Engineering to sync timelines, project readiness, and customer commitments.
Customer Experience
: Implement processes for quick, empathetic resolution of concerns, monitor NPS, and design engagement programs.
Performance Monitoring
: Define KPIs (e.g., retention, satisfaction, collections) and report on CRM effectiveness and ROI.
Market Intelligence
: Provide customer insights to inform product design, pricing, and marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
