Position Responsibilities
1. Manage the end to end implementation of new system functionality, including Requirement Analysis, Solution design, Project management, Process setup and handover
2. Be the contact for the Credit cards business team for any system related consultancy and support
3. Coordinate with Technology partners/vendors, operations and call centre teams for gathering requirements and getting it developed or suggest work around solutions to meet the same
4. Ensure that the existing system capabilities are fully exploited and the requirements met through parameters changes rather than opting for code changes
5. Understand current process to optimize the existing solution thus achieving improved efficiency
6. Devise solutions for process automation to ensure minimal manual and monitored intervention occurs
7. Ensure solutions and processes are well documented and signed off through interdisciplinary interactions
8. Ensure quality testing and proper user training
9. Vendor Management
Experience Required:
- Essential 15+ years of experience as in Credit Card business on Vision Plus and credit card function
- Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities / training as part of the job.
Skillset:
- Experts in VisionPLUS, Fraud and Risk application, 3DS, Dispute Life cycle
- Operation and Servicing functions
- Understanding of LOS system and integration
- Digital Solution & Integration
- Proven record of Digital and 3rd party Solution
- Working experience of API, SDK, New edge technology, APIGEE, Datapower, ESB, NodeJS, DataPower
- Channel Integration
- Sound understanding of Credit Cards end to end
