We're seeking a future team member for the role of

VP

to join our

Corporate Communication

team. This role is located in

Pune.

.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Develop and lead communications strategies that drive internal engagement with employees in India Elevate the voice and work of BNY in India by sourcing content to produce communication materials, such as newsletters, reports, internal mailers, articles, blogs, and social media Closely partner with local leadership and cross-functional teams on evolving the company's communications program in India, while ensuring that stories from India are featured internally across the firm Generate new ideas and collaborate with other members of the communications team and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, creative environment Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of communication Support in organizing events and engagement at company events like townhalls and expos

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's / master's degree in communication, journalism / marketing, or related field 7+ years of proven experience in communication roles, with a focus on internal communications Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across geographies Open communicator who can reach out to multiple stakeholders across hierarchy Ability to handle department tasks efficiently and multitask effectively. Familiarity with the latest communication and digital marketing trends and best practices Proven track record of being a part of successful communication campaigns in a corporate environment Understanding of financial services industry
