Job Introduction
The role is based at Head office of our NBFC Unit, Mumbai and involves handling a team for entire Operations & service delivery unit, through coordination with all segments of Business - Risk, Finance, IT, other support teams etc.
Principal Responsibilities
To lead a full leadership of team for delivery across spectrum of NBFC Unit on operational excellence not limiting to processing, service, controls, IT, MIS, Incident management etc
Provide leadership & guidance to delivery units or business on day to day functioning, to help them in resolution of customer queries, Audit queries, TATs, complaint management etc.
Maintain design awareness & framework execution of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with Group governance including Operations FIM.
Ensuring adherence & controls defined SLA with accountability. Further ensure that SLAs are reviewed and agreed with LOB on annual basis.
Ensuring creation, maintenance and improvement of Operating & service standards. Ensuring mechanisms are in place to gauge and improve the overall internal & external customer experience.
Responsible for seamless operationalization of new/changes in propositions as per Business plans related to NBFC area.
Responsible for ensuring that costs are maintained within the AOP target for the year, including ops loss if any.
Work closely with all units, esp RM, Risk & finance to ensure no friction and smoother operational delivery.
Monitoring processes/procedures to enhance increased accuracy, automation of various processes
Build and lead an effective and cohesive team through organizational goals and framework on performance thereby motivating, nurturing and developing staff.
Requirements
Post Graduate and above
10 years or more of relevant experience, including team leadership
RC & Governance exposure will be an added advantage
Additional Information
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required.
