Job Description


Accountability:

2. Lead Multiple Interior Site projects independently, develop individual project plans and complete with budgetary.

3. Control budgets and optimize expenses

6. Business P&L responsibility, business development, design project management, operations, project delivery

Major Deliverables:

Project Management:

- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

- Lead Multiple Interior Site projects independently, develop individual project plans and complete with budgetary. Convey project objectives to team members involved & lead strategically implementation of Projects.

- Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives

- Ability to lead a team of project members, coach and advise team members towards accomplishing goals, meeting established schedules and resolving technical/operational issues

- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project

- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies

- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

- Responsible for managing suppliers and sub-contractors to ensuring project is according to schedule and timeline

- Provides leadership and oversees senior managers and managers

- Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

- Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness

- Develops and implements strategic objectives that are aligned with the region\'s strategic initiatives

Project Accounting :

- Oversee budget, ensure financial accountability

- Preparing project internal timeline, project construction schedule, monitoring and reporting on project related activities. Ensure adherence to project schedule, budget, productivity rates and established financial controls

- Consolidates and analyses profitability, revenue, margins, project costing and budgeting bill rates and utilization across practice

- Helps create pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for practice

- Addresses and resolves all progress billing, certifications & collection issues

- Business P&L responsibility, business development, design project management, operations, project delivery and successful performance of the company.

- Provide leadership to assist staff in functioning as a team. Also to provide leadership in maintaining a productive, cost-effective, safe and legal workplace whilst encouraging the image & brand of the company as a leader in the region.

- Set and execute plans to achieve the strategic objectives.

- Monitor, evaluate and develop all aspects of business.

- Regularly communicate with team to delegate work, guide performance and evaluate results.

- Plan and monitor financial aspects of division includes, Profit and Loss (P & L) responsibility

- Develop and maintain relations with principal suppliers and clients

- Review, modify and update all business processes as required.

- Maintain the corporate brand, goodwill and quality assurance.

- Provide innovative solutions to challenges arise from all business units and sections.

- Conduct the duties and tasks within the set authorities and limitations.

- Accomplishing region site visits for different projects and preparing relevant documentation including agenda, site visit reports and minutes of meetings.

Qualifications: B.E/B tech - Civil Engineering / Additional Master in Project, Degree in Engineering/ Project Execution/Construction /Project Management discipline required. (PMP, NICMAR certifications shall be preferred.)
