Job Description

Develop client training and education strategy, including delivering blended learning solutions tailored to client audiences, business needs, and custom client requirements. Directly develops communication and training plans. Develop the training materials appropriate to the client training strategy, which will increase client adoption and client empowerment. Work on client communication to ensure the alignment and adoption of the client initiatives. Contribute to driving adoption of digital channels, to improve and increase client operating model efficiency. Manage for consolidating and summarizing product and client service feedback received from both from insights and client service management engagements. Ensure platforms coordination to assist in training on new products as they are released. Liaise with product, operations, and analytics & insights to drive client success. Collaborate with some clients to ensure business initiatives, change events and priorities for education areintegrated into all educational strategy. Modified based upon local regulations / requirements. Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required with an MBA preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
