Vice President, Chief of Staff - Agentic AI

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under

as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions--domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Genpact is looking for an innovative Vice President of Agentic Operations to support our transition from digital operations to agentic operations. This role will assist in building and scaling the operating model, talent framework, governance mechanisms, and client-facing delivery construct required to embed agentic AI into core operations.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AO Strategy & Design

Strong execution mindset with the ability to navigate the organization and drive results.

Excellent presentation skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.

Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and performing well under pressure.

Foundational understanding of AI/ML with a strong willingness to deepen expertise over time.

Support the development of the operating model, role archetypes, and governance needed for agentic operations.

Assist in executing the agentic operations roadmap to transition approximately 95,000 full-time employees from digital operations to agentic operations.

Collaborate with chief operating officers and chief financial officer organizations to contribute

to segment

annual recurring revenue, margin expansion, and revenue per headcount.

Help translate operational outcomes into commercial value propositions for clients and build metrics dashboards to track efficiency and value delivered.

Delivery Readiness & Client Success

Assist in leading the agentic operations readiness accelerator to re-architect skills, responsibilities, and workflows.

Support delivery efficiency and business outcomes in designated accounts.

Work with segment chief operating officers to integrate agentic solutions into delivery frameworks.

Help institutionalize quality assurance and governance frameworks like

delivery

quality index for digital operations.

Ensure seamless delivery in hybrid models (human + AI workforce) with consistent client experience.

Change Leadership

Support change management initiatives to drive mindset, process, and culture shifts across Genpact and client ecosystems.

Collaborate

with global delivery center leads to

integrate

agentic operations into scaled delivery hubs.

Customer Experience & Value

Assist in overseeing the agentic customer experience function and ensure adoption frameworks drive measurable value for clients.

Track and report outcomes across delivery excellence, efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Responsible & Sustainable AO

Partner with

head

of responsible AI to embed compliance, ethics, and observability into operations.

Talent & Capability Build

Support the development of a global agentic operations talent strategy with new role archetypes such as AI trainer, workflow designer, evaluation specialist.

Risk & Compliance Leadership

Assist in anticipating and managing risks such as compliance gaps and client adoption challenges.

Thought Leadership & Influence

Represent Genpact at client forums and industry conferences as part of the agentic operations leadership team.
