Vice President - Business Development (Debt Syndication)
Location: Malad-Mumbai
Experience: 7-12 years in financial services, preferably in debt syndication, corporate lending, or investment banking
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard new corporate clients requiring debt funding and structured finance solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, financial institutions, NBFCs, and banks
Understand client financing requirements, prepare preliminary assessments, and coordinate with execution teams for deal structuring
Lead origination efforts for term loans, working capital facilities, project finance, and Structured Debt
Negotiate mandates and achieve revenue targets through client acquisition and relationship management
Track market developments, new financing instruments, and build alliances to expand funding channels
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven business development experience in debt syndication, corporate credit, or financial product sales
Deep understanding of banking products, credit appraisal processes, and capital structuring
Strong network of banking/NBFC relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
