Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end business development strategies covering
inbound and outbound sales channels
Own revenue generation, pipeline management, and achievement of organizational sales targets
Lead, mentor, and expand business development and account management teams
Oversee inbound lead management and outbound prospecting to ensure a healthy and scalable sales funnel
Engage with enterprise and key clients to understand requirements and close high-value deals
Act as a strategic liaison between clients, internal delivery teams, and senior leadership
Drive client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth
Track sales performance, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders
Ensure superior client satisfaction through strong post-sales engagement
Experience Required
10+ years
of experience in Business Development or Sales
Extensive hands-on experience in inbound and outbound sales
within the
IT services industry
Minimum
5+ years in a senior leadership role
