Academy Head / Centre Head

to lead our Mohali centre with excellence.

Experience Required:

Minimum

10 years

as a Vice President /Centre Head / Academy Head in any

leading beauty academy or institute.

Key Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven experience in handling academy operations, admissions, faculty management, and business growth Presentable personality and ability to maintain high academic and training standards Ability to drive performance, implement policies, and ensure smooth functioning of the center/Academy.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day Centre/Academy operations Manage academic performance and training quality Lead faculty, counselors, and support staff Ensure student satisfaction and high service standards Achieve admission targets and business goals Maintain discipline, compliance, and brand standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
