Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Agentic Customer Experiences (ACE) - Agentic AI
As Genpact transforms a process-centric BPO into a digital-first, technology-led enterprise, the Agentic Customer Experiences (ACE) plays a mission-critical role in shaping how clients experience that shift. This role leads the design and orchestration of immersive, high-impact experiences that bring Agentic AI to life -- translating complex business challenges into innovation opportunities. The focus is on designing industry-specific journeys using Genpact's platforms, products, and services, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners, to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Design Client-Centric Experiences
Architect differentiated, industry-tailored experience journeys that demonstrate tangible value through Agentic AI.
Align storytelling to client personas, pain points, and digital transformation priorities.
Lead & Scale Value Studios Globally
Partner with and drive Value Studios across India, the US, and the UK.
Continuously evolve these spaces to showcase Genpact's innovation, vision, and success stories through compelling narratives and demonstrations.
Map Innovation to Business Value
Leverage industry value chain frameworks to design experiences that visualize ROI across efficiency, growth, and CX.
Integrate product, delivery, and domain inputs to ensure business relevance.
Drive Client Engagement & Executive Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic advisor to client CXOs, internal sales, and domain teams.
Convert discovery into deals by shaping client conviction through immersive experiences.
Facilitate Innovation Workshops & Evangelization
Conduct executive workshops and design thinking sessions using Agentic AI tools.
Position Genpact as a trusted innovation partner and technology transformation leader.
Track Impact & Operationalize ACE Success
Deliver against KPIs such as:
Lift in conversion and pipeline velocity from studio engagements
Net new opportunity origination from experience-led discovery
Client retention and upsell through differentiated engagement
Improved CSAT and NPS through Agentic AI-led experiences
