Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - Accounts & Finance to lead our global finance and accounts function, ensuring strong financial governance, operational efficiency, and strategic support for the company's growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, compliance, and financial planning, with proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the overall finance and accounts function, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance. Direct the preparation of financial statements, reports, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to support decision-making. Ensure financial control, regulatory compliance, and timely closure of statutory audits across global jurisdictions. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate governance standards. Support capital allocation, investment planning, and cost optimization initiatives to improve financial performance. Provide strategic inputs to senior leadership on financial risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic projects. Build and maintain relationships with auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance & accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or equivalent preferred. CA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications highly desirable. At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, and compliance leadership, preferably in a global or multinational organization. Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, implement systems, and drive process improvements. Excellent analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in financial management systems, ERP tools, and Excel-based financial modelling.
