We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Vice President - Account Management to drive success across key enterprise client accounts. This leadership role involves being the primary liaison between clients, business development, and technology teams, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling solutions that add tangible value to client operations. This is a high-impact position offering significant growth and leadership potential as the organization continues to scale and enter new markets.
You should bring exceptional interpersonal skills and be accountable for the successful delivery and implementation of enterprise-grade SaaS solutions. Prior experience managing large-scale deployments for global clients is essential. The environment is fast-paced and agile, requiring a high degree of multitasking, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business pitches and oversee seamless onboarding of enterprise clients.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Continuously assess and understand client needs, translating them into detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer goals and expectations.
  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor activity using CRM and analytics tools, providing data-driven input to refine strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferably from a top-tier business school).
  • 9+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or business development, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value client accounts with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Deep experience with system integrations, requirement gathering, SOW documentation, and RFI/RFP processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Background in consultative sales or experience as a solutions engineer is a plus.
  • Energetic, engaging personality with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
