Roles & responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership to promote academic excellence, innovation, and research across all departments and disciplines of Liberal Arts.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the university\'s reputation, academic programs, and student experience.

- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to support academic and administrative functions effectively.

- Build strong partnerships with industry, government agencies, and other educational institutions to promote research collaborations, internships, and employment opportunities for students.

- Represent University in national and international forums, conferences, and academic networks.

Desired Profile:

- A doctorate degree in Liberal Arts or any relevant field.

- 20+ years of work experience in the educational sector as a Vice Chancellor/Dean/Head in University including 5+ years of international experience.

- Complete knowledge of the educational guidelines, rules, and regulations

- Excellent academic background

- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

- Good time management and organizational skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual

- Impressive multitasking skills
