The visionary leader should:

Possess the highest level of competence, integrity, morals, and institutional commitment. He / She should be a distinguished academician, with a minimum of ten years of experience as Professor in a University or ten years of experience in reputed research and / or academic administration with proof of having demonstrated academic leadership.

Should possess deep understanding of undergraduate and postgraduate education, along with a sound familiarity of Indian Higher Education regulatory norms.




He / She must have a deep understanding of National and International Rankings and Accreditations.
Have outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, particularly in a multicultural academic and multi-faculty environment. Proficient with modern educational technologies, including learning management systems and academic ERP systems. Have an intuitive ability to relate to students, along with prior leadership experience in an international educational institution, will be important differentiators.
